With a private solar-heated pool, a 4-person dry sauna, a garage lounge with a pool table and TV, and a backyard built for family time, this versatile home works just as well for a quiet solo work trip as it does for a family reunion, milestone celebration, or weekend away with friends. This home sleeps up to 16 guests total: three king beds, two sets of queen bunk beds (each bunk has a queen-size top and a queen-size bottom, so each set sleeps up to 4), two queen air mattresses, and one full-size day bed. Exact capacity depends on how your group prefers to arrange sleeping spaces. A note on the layout: This home has two step-downs — one into the living room and one into the dining/second living room area. The pool includes a diving board and a small connected kids' section (an extension of the main pool, not a separate jacuzzi). Please note: the pool is not separately fenced off from the rest of the yard, and there are currently no depth markers — young children and non-swimmers should be closely supervised at all times. Please don't touch the pool equipment. The pump, skimmer, and filtration system must stay connected and undisturbed at all times — disconnecting or moving any part shuts down filtration and can damage the pump. A $500 fee applies if equipment is found disconnected or removed. The backyard also includes a gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining for six, a fire pit with family seating, and a kids' backyard playroom. Late checkout is $120 for past our standard 10:00 AM checkout time. PETS This is a dog-friendly property; a pet fee applies per pet (limit 2) per stay. Please keep pets off the furniture (including couches, chairs, and beds) and clean up after them right away to keep things respectful. EVENTS & GATHERINGS No parties or gatherings of any kind are permitted at this time. Unauthorized gatherings will be reported directly to Airbnb's Safety Line, which can result in the responsible guest's account being flagged or banned. Guests will also be held fully responsible for any city fines resulting from an unruly-gathering violation (California law allows fines up to $1,500 for a first offense and $3,000 for a second), plus any damages to the property. This home has a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, a camera covering the driveway, and a camera on the side of the house covering the fence gate, along with an indoor smart sensor that monitors noise, smoke, and CO2 levels. FIRE PIT Use only with adult supervision, and ensure it's fully turned off once you're done. POOL Direct pool access with no separate fence or gate from the yard, and no depth markers — children and non-swimmers must be supervised by an adult at all times. No diving except from the designated diving board area, and never in shallow water. Use of the pool and diving board is at each guest's own risk. Please don't touch, disconnect, or move the pool pump, skimmer, or filtration equipment — a $500 fee applies if equipment is found disconnected or displaced. SMOKING Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, inside or outside. $350 fee applies and will be requested. PARKING Guests have access to the driveway and designated street parking. Please don't block sidewalks or park on curbs — we want to be respectful, considerate neighbors. TRASH If you'll have excess trash, just let us know — we're happy to help and there's no charge for communicating with us. A $10 fee per bag applies only if excess trash is left in or around the bins without letting us know first.
