Shawn and team were wonderful to work with! Super responsive and even provided some nearby recommendations. The neighborhood is very quaint and we just took a ride share to go downtown or midtown without any issues. We were able to reach out with any questions prior, during and after.
Beds were comfortable, enough towels, coffee etc. which sometimes is not the case so that was pleasant. There wasn’t anything that we needed during our stay in that regard.
The clear instructions throughout our stay were also very helpful and very much appreciated. I cannot recommend staying here enough and will look to book in the future!

We stayed here for a few days for my son's wedding and it was a great location, a wonderful and beautiful home and it was very comfortable. It felt like being at home. The owners/managers were super accommodating and helpful and extremely responsive to any issues that came up. The space was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks very much for making our son's wedding weekend so special!

Great experience from beginning to end, the moment we first walked through the door you could smell a clean home. It was comfortable for everyone and had everything and more than what we needed. The host responded professionally and respectfully every single time we reached out almost instantly. None of us wanted to leave. We will be back next year and looking to stay with them again!

We had a great stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, with enough space for our large group. The outdoor area was large and well maintained, and the garage was an added entertainment bonus. Everything was organized and presentable, and we were very comfortable.

beautiful area prestine room had all the little luxuries kinda wasn't expecting that made me feel like I was at home everything was less than a ten minute walk but the building itself had extremely private areas inside the downtowns pedestrian paradise

I absolutely loved my stay here! The property felt incredibly luxurious, yet warm and inviting from the moment I arrived. Every detail was thoughtfully done, making it both comfortable and elevated at the same time. It truly felt like a home away from home.

This was the best Airbnb apartment I've ever stayed in. It was spacious, comfortable, and stylish. I most appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail: complimentary hair ties, female products, nice smelling body wash, fresh spices in the kitchen, state of the art kitchen appliances, makeup wipes, extra towels, etc. The amenities at the apartment building are so nice too, featuring a gym, rooftop lounge, and beverage bar in the lobby. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to feel right at home in downtown Sacramento.
