Each bed room with a 55 inch Smart TV. For optimal comfort, the bedroom includes a plush pillow topper and the option of a 20lb weighted blanket—ideal for those who prefer a little extra relaxation. EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT Planning to arrive before our standard check-in time? For early check-in options, please contact us and visit our online store shared in welcome messages. PETS Service Animals always welcome. Reach out to hosts directly for any pets on this property. Bringing a pet without asking will be subject to a $350 fee. SECURITY There will be no parties, pow-wows or gatherings in this home. Any unauthorized guests are not allowed. All communication must come to the hosts. Property manager is on site and security team is monitoring public cameras including entrances and hallways. This home is monitored by audio/visual through cameras on the exterior of the building. There is a smart sensor as well within the home to monitor noise/smoke/CO2. If guests are found to be in violation of any house rules with any cut off communication, there will be a security team deployed to the home to escort all guests out. This will come with a $1000 fee on top of any damages that would likely be charged. NO SMOKING: Strict $500 fee for any smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside. The Frederic apartment building has a no-smoking policy on its entire grounds, which includes individual units, balconies, patios, and common areas. This means smoking is prohibited throughout the property. Complete ban: The policy bans all smoking and vaping on the entire property, including private units and any attached outdoor spaces. Applies to common areas: The smoke-free rule also extends to all common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and laundry rooms. We sincerely appreciate all of our guests and do not see this happening, but we have been hosts for a while and some have a knack for breaking rules even though they are clearly stated. PARKING This luxury apartment is in the heart of the city so you may not need transportation to get you going places. Parking can be included for an extra fee and once all required steps are completed, including providing the car details. Once approved, a parking key pass will be provided. The key pass includes a small AirTag for loss prevention only. It’s not used to monitor guests in any way. KEY FOB / ACCESS TO THE BUILDING The key fob to get access to the building also has an Airtag on it for loss prevention. No other items in the unit contain an Airtag besides the main key fob and the parking pass if you need it. ROOFTOP Rooftop access is a shared amenity with the other residents in the building. It closes at 10pm.

Parking – Downtown Location We are located in the heart of downtown Sacramento, so like most city buildings, street parking is limited. We offer an optional garage parking pass for guests who prefer secured parking during their stay. It is limited to one vehicle. If you choose to purchase the pass, please note: • There is no designated temporary parking at the entrance • Guests typically use their hazard lights briefly (3–5 minutes) in the nearby non-metered loading area to retrieve the pass. Many guests also choose nearby public garages, metered street parking, or rideshare during their stay. If easy, suburban-style parking is important to you, please message us before booking so we can help you decide what works best. Additional Parking Tips There are paid parking meters nearby if you need a little extra time to settle in, retrieve the parking pass( if purchased) , or unload luggage. Some previous guests have briefly used their hazard lights while unloading in non-loading or non-metered areas for a few minutes while grabbing the pass. However, because this is downtown, parking rules may still be enforced. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that enforcement will not occur, so please use your best judgment.

This was the best Airbnb apartment I've ever stayed in. It was spacious, comfortable, and stylish. I most appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail: complimentary hair ties, female products, nice smelling body wash, fresh spices in the kitchen, state of the art kitchen appliances, makeup wipes, extra towels, etc. The amenities at the apartment building are so nice too, featuring a gym, rooftop lounge, and beverage bar in the lobby. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to feel right at home in downtown Sacramento.

Beyond 5-star. We had to keep pinching ourselves to make sure we weren’t dreaming! Was in town for a conference and client visits and most locations were within walking distance. Walkable to many hidden treasure restaurants. The place was exactly as described, wonderfully decorated and immaculate. So many little touches to make you feel at home. Adolfo was extremely responsive and gave great ideas for local eateries. I don’t want to say too much because I want it available again next year!

We absolutely loved the condo and thought it was even better than the pictures. The kitchen was great to cook in and had a meal on the pretty patio. Great hosts and we can’t wait to return. The building is amazing and top notch amenities.

Pleasantly surprised by how immaculately clean and well organized the whole place was. Probably the best out of all Airbnb’s I have stayed at. The little extra’s provided for us were really nice. 😍 Attended a concert at Golden 1 center and the location of this apartment can not be beat. Just a walk around the corner. I will definitely be booking this place for any and all future Golden 1 concerts. Host was very quick on their responses through the app during our stay. I greatly appreciated that. There was some confusion with the parking but host helped us get it resolved very quickly. I will say parking is a little bit of a hassle but it’s what you can expect for a downtown location. I suggest unloading everything in the front while you grab the key and then moving the car to park after. Next stay will be way easier now that we understand how it works. Thank you guys! 😊🙏🏻
