WELCOME TO THE MUSE Pull into the driveway, step through the door, and take a breath — everything here is set up so your group can settle in fast and stay a while. This single-story home sits on a quiet Fairfield street and was made for the two kinds of trips we host most: families who need room to spread out, and teams and crews working away from home who want a real house at the end of the day instead of a hotel room. Everything is on one level, so there are no stairs to haul car seats, suitcases, or sleepy kids up. The living room, kitchen, and dining table flow together, so someone can cook while the kids play and someone else finishes a call in a quieter corner. Let yourself in anytime with your own keypad code — no meetups, no waiting on a key. WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP — up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a king bed — roomy and easy, good for couples or anyone who wants their own space. Bedroom 3 is the bunk room, with a queen-over-queen bunk that sleeps four; the kids claim it first, every time. Bedroom 4 is the primary suite: two queen beds, its own bathroom, and a large walk-in closet (with a crib and changing station tucked in for anyone traveling with a baby). BATHROOMS — three full baths, so mornings never turn into a line The primary en-suite is the spa one: walk-in glass shower, a separate soaking tub for the end of a long day, dual sinks, and a private water closet. The second has a shower-tub combo that parents of little ones are always grateful for. The third has a standalone glass shower right near the entry, perfect for rinsing off after the hot tub. And yes, there's a bidet. THE KITCHEN & TABLE Come hungry. Gas stove, oven, microwave, full fridge and freezer, and the basics already waiting: cooking oil, spices, coffee grounds and beans, mugs, and wine glasses. The wood dining table seats six with a high chair ready for your littlest. THE BACKYARD — everyone's favorite room Fully fenced, with the gazebo-covered hot tub warm and waiting, a gas fire pit ringed with couch seating, a BBQ, and covered dining for long evenings outside. There's a turf play area and toddler playground so the kids have their own patch, and tea lights that make the whole yard glow after sunset. The hot tub is cleaned and inspected after every booking. THE GAME ROOM The garage isn't storage — it's the hangout. One-on-one basketball, a classic arcade cabinet, foosball, and console gaming, with a big leather couch for whoever's just there to watch. It's where the teenagers disappear to, and where the adults end up by nine. BUILT FOR TEAMS & WORK TRIPS Working a job in the area? The house sleeps a whole crew in real beds, with a full kitchen for cooking after long shifts, in-unit laundry to keep work clothes turning over, and self check-in for late or early arrivals. One level, no stairs, and driveway room for the crew's trucks — with quick I-80 access to job sites across Solano and the Bay. GETTING AROUND Solano County wineries are about 15 minutes away, Napa Valley about 25, downtown Fairfield just minutes, and San Francisco is under an hour via I-80 with Sacramento an easy drive the other direction. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Check-in is self-service using a keyless smart keypad, and we'll share your personal door code before arrival. RENTAL AGREEMENT By booking this home, guests agree to review and sign our standard rental agreement — confirming their email and phone number — prior to check-in. The rental agreement is provided through our property management system, Hospitable, and simply confirms the home’s policies, house rules, guest responsibilities, and expectations for the stay. Your Airbnb reservation and reservation payments remain entirely within Airbnb; the rental agreement does not replace or modify Airbnb’s Terms, policies, or cancellation policies. PETS This is a dog-friendly home — the pet fee is $150 per pet, per stay (limit 2 dogs). Please keep pups off the furniture (couches, chairs, and beds) and clean up after them in the yard before you head out. SECURITY No parties or unapproved gatherings, and no unauthorized guests, please. All communication should come through us directly. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. There are two exterior cameras: a Ring video doorbell at the front door and a Ring camera facing the fire pit (in place for insurance, since there's a gas line beneath the pit). Both cover outdoor areas only and may record video and audio. Inside, a noise sensor monitors for excessive volume from large groups — it sits in a common area (never a bedroom or bathroom), reads sound levels only, and does not record audio or conversations. If house rules are broken — including parties, unregistered guests, or a lack of communication with us — we may end the reservation early through Airbnb, and any damages will be claimed through the Airbnb Resolution Center. We rarely have issues and truly appreciate our guests; these rules simply help us protect the home and keep our neighbors happy. FIRE PIT Please use the fire pit with adult supervision, and make sure all knobs are turned off when you're done. HOT TUB The hot tub cover is soft and doesn't lock, and the tub isn't gated — so please keep children out of it and supervise kids in the backyard at all times. Adults, please shower before use. The tub is inspected and cleaned after every booking. SMOKING This is a no-smoking property, inside and out. A $350 fee applies to any smoking on the premises, and the lead guest is responsible for making sure the whole group follows this. PARKING The driveway fits up to 4 cars. To be considerate of our neighbors, please don't block sidewalks or walkways, and avoid parking on the narrow street curbs. Thanks for helping us stay good neighbors.

Neighborhood
Our street is quiet and residential. Gateway Plaza, nine minutes away, is a better stop than downtown for groceries, shopping, and a movie - Trader Joe's, Ross, Michaels, Petco, and Regal Edwards & IMAX. Ten minutes the other way is the Suisun Valley wine trail: Wooden Valley Winery takes walk-ins and seats groups up to 12, and Caymus-Suisun is reservation-only. Mankas Grill is dinner in the vineyards, TWO60 Kitchen + Bar is closer to the house. Napa is 25 minutes, San Francisco under an hour.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the whole house and drive way- to park two cars. Direct access to hot tub with locked soft top cover, it is not protected by a gate. Children are not allowed in hot tub or left unattended at any time near hot tub. Direct, unrestricted access to a play-set with slide. Children must be attended by an adult at all times.

Getting around is easiest by car, and you'll want one - this is a quiet residential neighborhood, not a walkable downtown. The driveway fits up to four cars, and there is additional free street parking in the neighborhood. Flying in, Sacramento is the closest airport at about 45 minutes, Oakland about 55, and San Francisco about an hour. There is no EV charger at the house, but several fast chargers, including EVgo and Tesla, are about ten minutes away near Travis Boulevard.
