BEDROOMS Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, ceiling fans, and thoughtful storage with closets and shoe racks. Each room is positioned near the bathroom for convenience while maintaining a cozy and private feel. LIVING ROOM Designed for connection and relaxation, the living room invites you to unplug and enjoy your stay. Enjoy evenings by the fireplace aesthetic, play your favorite records on the vintage-inspired record player with Bluetooth capability, challenge your group to variety of board games, or simply unwind together. Please note: A television is not included as a standard amenity to preserve the intentional unplugged experience, but one is available upon request. IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW EARLY CHECK-IN + LATE CHECK-OUT Need a little extra flexibility with your arrival or departure time? Early check-in and late check-out options may be available based on availability. Please contact us and visit the online store shared in your welcome messages to request these options. PET POLICY This is a dog-friendly property welcoming up to two dogs per stay. A pet fee applies per pet, per reservation. The second pet fee will be charged at double the standard rate. We ask that your pet does not use the front yard grass area for bathroom, please take them on a walk in the neighborhood. To help us maintain a clean and comfortable home for all guests, please keep pets off furniture, including couches, chairs, and beds. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and removing all waste from the property. A $10 cleanup fee per remaining pet waste item may apply if additional cleanup is required. SECURITY + GUEST RESPONSIBILITY This historic home is located in a residential neighborhood, and we ask guests to respect the property, neighbors, and community. Unauthorized guests, parties, or gatherings are not permitted. All communication regarding your stay must go directly through the hosting team. For guest safety and property protection, exterior cameras monitor the entrances and outdoor areas. The home also includes smart monitoring devices that detect noise levels decibles only, smoke, and carbon monoxide. Violations of house rules, including unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, smoking, or attempts to bypass communication with the hosts, may result in additional charges, removal from the property, and involvement of a security team if necessary. A$250 security response fee may apply, in addition to any damages or fees incurred. We appreciate your help in respecting the home and ensuring a great experience for future guests and our neighbors. HOT TUB SAFETY The backyard includes a private hot tub with a secured hard cover and locking mechanism. Please note that the hot tub area is not enclosed by a gate. Children are not permitted in the hot tub, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the backyard. All guests must shower before using the hot tub. The hot tub is professionally cleaned, maintained, and inspected after every reservation. SMOKING POLICY Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home and all outdoor areas. A $300 smoking fee will be requested through the Airbnb app resolution portal for any violation. The lead booking guest is responsible for ensuring all members of their group follow this policy. PARKING Guests have access to the entire home and the small carport. Street parking permits are not enforced in this area; however, please pay attention to posted signage regarding City trash service days, as parking restrictions may be enforced during those times. We love our neighbors and ask guests to be mindful of parking and noise so we can continue maintaining a positive relationship within the community. TRASH + CLEANLINESS For extended stays, please help us manage waste by breaking down boxes and keeping trash organized. A $100 excess trash fee may apply if unusually large amounts of waste are left behind beyond normal household use. We appreciate guests helping us keep the home clean and welcoming for everyone.
