🏠 The Space 1,500 sq ft of vintage charm meets modern comfort. Original architecture, warm wood floors, and thoughtful details throughout — this isn’t a cookie-cutter rental. It’s a home with a story built in 1905 and still telling it. 📍 Location You’re in the heart of it all. About a 10-minute walk to the Governor’s Mansion, Cesar Chavez Plaza, and some of Sacramento’s best restaurants and bars. Downtown is walkable. Everything else is a short drive or light rail ride away. Sleep Setup • 2 King beds | 2 Queen beds | 1 Pull-out sofa • Bedrooms have ample closet space and comfortable linens; all bedrooms have a TV except the upstairs king room • Pack-n-play available for families with little ones • One of the four bedrooms is our living room, which converts nightly with a pull-out sofa bed. It has a door for privacy, but doubles as the home's TV lounge during the day.

Light sleepers may prefer earplugs or white noise which can be provided. • 🏗️ Active neighborhood improvements — there is ongoing renovation in the area a few blocks over, with possible weekday daytime construction. • 🏫 Family-oriented block — a preschool nearby means regular daytime foot traffic during school hours. • 🚶 Urban downtown setting — like many central Sacramento this area has foot traffic from local businesses, neighbors and travelers. We’ve found guests who appreciate the character of an urban, historic neighborhood tend to enjoy their stay most here. RENTAL AGREEMENT By booking this home, guests agree to review and sign our standard rental agreement — confirming their email and phone number — prior to check-in. The rental agreement is provided through our property management system, Hospitable, and simply confirms the home’s policies, house rules, guest responsibilities, and expectations for the stay. Your Airbnb reservation and reservation payments remain entirely within Airbnb; the rental agreement does not replace or modify Airbnb’s Terms, policies, or cancellation policies. 🚗 PARKING Guests have access to free street parking directly in front of the home on D Street, as well as on surrounding blocks. Parking is generally easy and no permit is required for overnight guests. Do note posted street signage, particularly on trash service days when temporary restrictions may apply. There is no driveway or garage.Typically there is parking right in front of the home but there is additional parking on either side of D street and 11th street. 🐾 PETS This is a dog-friendly property; a $150 pet fee applies per pet (limit 2) per stay. Please keep pets off the furniture — couches, chairs, and beds — and clean up after them right away. 🪩 LAYOUT & STAIRS This is a multi-level home. The entry to the front door is up a short staircase. Two of the four bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs, accessed by an interior staircase. This layout may not be ideal for guests with mobility limitations. A freestanding baby gate is provided for the top of the downstairs staircase, but it is not permanently mounted — please supervise young children on the stairs.
