WELCOME TO THE TOWER Pull up, let yourself in with your own keypad code, and settle in — three private levels in West Sacramento's Bridge District, built around two things almost no other house here has: a private dry sauna and a garage game room. It's made for the trips we host most: families who want room to spread out, and groups in town for an A's game at Sutter Health Park, a 15-minute walk away, or a Kings game or concert at Golden 1 just across the gold Tower Bridge. The three levels give everyone their own space — bedrooms up top, the living room and kitchen in the middle, and the game room and sauna down below. WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP — up to 7 across 3 bedrooms The top level holds two king suites: the master with its own en-suite (walk-in shower) and a large closet, and a second king room with sun-blocking blinds right next to the hallway bath. On the ground level, the third bedroom has a full-over-full bunk the kids claim first, with its own attached full bath and extra blankets waiting. BATHROOMS — three full baths, so mornings never turn into a line Three full bathrooms across the levels, each with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The master en-suite has a walk-in shower; the others pair a tub with a shower — the combo parents of little ones are always glad to see. THE LIVING SPACE The middle level is where everyone lands: a bright, airy living room with a cozy sectional, a 65-inch smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime), and a gas fireplace you turn on with a switch. Step through the sliding door to a balcony with seating and tea lights, or head down to the backyard. THE KITCHEN & TABLE Come hungry. Gas stove, oven, microwave, full fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and the basics already there — pots and pans, salt and pepper, a Keurig, a toaster oven, wine glasses, and BBQ tools. The dining table gives everyone a seat. THE SAUNA & BACKYARD — the part guests remember Out back, your private dry sauna sits on the ground-level patio, warm and waiting after a day out. The yard is fully fenced, with a propane BBQ, a fire pit ringed with family seating, and a covered patio for long evenings outside — with Golden 1's "Light the Beam" glowing in the night sky nearby. THE GAME ROOM The garage isn't storage — it's the hangout: foosball and a custom mural by a Bay Area artist, the spot the group ends up after dinner. EVERYDAY COMFORTS In-unit washer and dryer, central AC and heat, fast Wifi, and a dedicated workspace for anyone squeezing in a call. Free driveway parking plus street parking, and self check-in with a smart lock for arrivals on your schedule. Dogs welcome, up to two. GETTING AROUND You're in the Bridge District, about a 15-minute walk to Sutter Health Park — home of MLB's Athletics through 2027 — so you can leave the car parked on game day. Cross the gold Tower Bridge and Old Town Sacramento, the River Walk, Golden 1 Center, and downtown are all right there, roughly 3 minutes by car. GOOD TO KNOW We're near an active rail line, so you'll hear the occasional train. Most guests sleep great — we can provide a white-noise machine and earplugs. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM. Self check-in with a keyless smart lock; we'll send your personal code before arrival. Need an early check-in or late checkout? Just ask and we'll do our best. PETS Dog-friendly with a pet fee (limit 2 dogs). Please keep pups off the furniture and clean up after them in the yard. Assistance animals always welcome. SAUNA, FIRE PIT & SAFETY The dry sauna is for adults — no children, no alcohol before or during use, no smoking/vaping, no nudity. Please use the fire pit with adult supervision and turn all knobs off when done. HOUSE RULES No parties or unregistered guests, please, and all communication through us. The home has exterior security cameras (outdoor only) and an interior noise/smoke/CO sensor that reads levels only — it never records audio. Smoking anywhere on the property carries a $350 fee, and the lead guest is responsible for the whole group following it. Please park fully in the driveway and street without blocking sidewalks or neighbors' curbs — we love our neighbors and want to keep this a great home to host in. We rarely have any issues — the vast majority of our guests are wonderful, and we want your stay to be relaxed and easy.
